MINI ITALIAN MEATBALLS

This is a traditional Calabrian meatball made with half beef, half pork and seasoned with fresh garlic, parsley, grated Italian cheese, bread crumbs, and egg. Throw them in your sauce, in a soup, or make a sandwich, be as creative as you want. They will taste as if your Italian nonna made them. 🙂
